Soffit Painting

Soffits are painted using an airless sprayer or a soft-bristle brush to ensure even coverage across perforations and vented panels without clogging airflow passages. A breathable, mildew-resistant coating is applied to prevent moisture buildup and peeling in humid conditions. The paint is worked into recessed grooves and overlapping joints with controlled, horizontal strokes to maintain uniformity. For wide soffits, a crosshatch technique is used to eliminate streaking and lap marks. The final coat is applied with attention to overhang transitions and fascia intersections, ensuring a seamless blend with adjacent architectural elements.
