Site Access & Safety

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the job site during working hours.

  • Our crew follows strict safety protocols to protect people, property, and materials.

Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to schedule work.

  • Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may delay project completion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling and prep costs.

Use of Visualization Tools

  • Images generated by Roller Magic AI are for planning purposes and may not represent final results with exact precision.

  • Final outcomes may vary based on lighting, materials, and surface conditions.

  • The images created in the Roller Magic AI tool may be published in the public domain and do not require your consent.

Property Protection

  • We take every precaution to protect your home and belongings. Please move or cover valuables prior to the project start.

Clean-Up & Disposal

  • Our team performs daily clean-up and final job site cleaning upon completion.

  • Disposal of large or hazardous items must be arranged separately unless stated in the contract.

Warranties & Guarantees

  • All work is backed by our workmanship warranty (details provided in your agreement).

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials and finishes.

Client Portal Use

  • Access to your dashboard/hub is intended for project updates and communication only.

  • Do not share login credentials with unauthorized users.

Notifications, Messages and Opt out Policy

  • When you contact us and request any of our services, such as a free assessment or access to Renovation Hub, you consent to the sending of SMS/MMS/Email informational messages.
  • We may additionally inform you of changes in company policy or the introduction of new services or tariffs, including marketing promotions.
  • Messaging is provided by a third-party service, and message/data rates may apply. 
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to our messages  or following the “unsubscribe” link.
