Ceiling Drywall Installation

We install ceiling drywall by mapping joists, snapping layout lines, and hanging sheets perpendicular to framing, tight and square. Factory edges meet, joints are staggered, and seams land on joists. We fasten with drywall screws set just below the paper — about 8 in. on panel edges and 12 in. in the field—keeping the pattern tracking each joist. Proud fasteners are reset, and openings for lights and vents are cut clean. Corners meet true, reveals read even, and the ceiling plane finishes flat and consistent.
