Building and ADU work delivers complete structures—from new homes and additions to detached, attached, and garage‑conversion ADUs. This scope covers feasibility and planning, permitting, foundations and framing, exterior envelope, energy and seismic requirements, full MEP systems, interiors and finishes, and final inspections for occupancy. It coordinates site utilities, access, and inspections, aligns with local ADU ordinances, and manages sequencing so each trade arrives to a ready, code‑compliant stage.
