We are extremely happy with our experience working with Kate and the Parrotones team.First of all, their time management was truly impressive. I sent an inquiry and within just a few hours Kate came over to discuss the details in person. The project was completed exactly within the agreed timeframe. Everything was done very carefully: all surfaces were properly covered and protected from paint, and the team cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done.During the process, we decided to increase the scope of the project, and the team was very flexible and accommodating. Communication was excellent throughout. The team was always responsive, easy to reach, and very understanding of our situation.They also left us a touch-up kit and promised support for up to a year, which we really appreciate. We would happily recommend Kate and the Parrotones team and will absolutely work with them again for any future renovation projects.

Kate is the most thorough and organized general contractor we have worked with. Her attention to details and willingness to figure out solutions quickly makes her very effective.The company remodeled our condominium in 3 weeks, as promised, and almost on budget 🙂Highly recommended!

Big thank you to the team at Parrotones! They did new smooth finish of the ceilings — now they’re nice and smooth, look like new. They also painted the walls and the garage door — everything looks clean and beautiful, and they really put in the effort.
They worked quietly, didn’t leave a mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and pleasant folks, answered all my questions.
I’m happy — great job! I truly recommend them.

Parroting did a great job of refreshing our extra bedroom. We went from a light green to sunny yellow. The work was completed in a timely manner and neatly.

Overall we enjoyed working with Kate and her crew. Kate is great at managing her projects, she shows up almost every day to check on the crew, she pays attention to details and is happy to rectify things if you have any concerns. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy with the end result.
