Floor Deep Sanding (grinding)

We deep sand floors with progressive grits — coarse to fine — using a field sander to flatten boards and cut through old finish. We edge along walls and stair noses, blend the perimeter to the field, and detail corners so the plane reads even. You’ll see scratches, dents, and waves fade as fresh wood appears, grain opens, and light travels cleanly across a flat, bright surface.
