Tile & Mortar Floor Demolition

We demolish tile and mortar by scoring grout, setting break lines, and lifting tiles course by course. We chip thinset or break the mortar bed in passes, shaving ridges to free the plane and keep lines straight at walls and thresholds.
This procedure can be very noisy and creates a lot of dust. We recommend that all residents leave the premises. The work is carried out using special jackhammers and grinding machines. All debris is collected in containers for subsequent disposal.
